Operating Regulations For Mining Machinery

The machine can only be officially put into production after being fully tested and qualified. In order to ensure long-term safe operation of the machine, special attention should be paid to correct operation, daily maintenance, and regular repairs.
1. Preparation before machine operation:
Before starting the machine for normal operation, sufficient preparation and strict inspection work must be done. It is required that all components of the machine are complete and flawless. All fixing bolts and anchor nuts should be firmly tightened, and there should be no objects or debris that hinder the operation of the machine accessories.
2. Normal operation of the machine:
After the machine is running normally, the operator and relevant personnel of the machine must pay attention to the following matters:
(1) Are all fixing bolts broken or loose.
(2) Whether the lubrication of each bearing is normal and whether there is any oil leakage.
(3) Check if the seals are tight and if there is any oil leakage.
(4) Is there an excessive amount of feed and does the discharge particle size meet the requirements.
(5) Is the operation of the rollers and gears normal.
3. Other precautions:

Do not change the direction of rotation of the machine.

When there is a power outage during machine operation, the power should be immediately disconnected to avoid accidents caused by sudden power outages.
