9. Lubrication
1) Add lubricating grease to each sports pair according to the lubrication label requirements, and the Carter engine part is lubricated according to the Carter lubrication requirements. For example, in areas with large turning surfaces such as the upper turning support, sufficient grease must be added to the entire turning surface, and every rotation must be at a certain angle;
2) Lubricating the main and auxiliary steel wire ropes, with each strand filled with butter;

Attention: When injecting oil into the grease nozzle on one end of the elevator, be sure to unscrew the grease nozzle on the other end. This is beneficial for squeezing out the butter that was previously poured. On the contrary, it may crush the oil seal inside the elevator, making it easy for dirty water containing fine sand and mud to enter, which will wear the bearings and reduce the sensitivity of the elevator.

3. Regularly check if the steel wire rope is intact;
4. Regularly inspect the damage of oil pipes and sealing rings, and prepare spare parts to meet urgent needs;
5. Always pay attention to the aging of circuit relays and prepare spare parts as soon as possible;
6. Check if the bearing of the drill pipe lifter (wire rope connector) rotates flexibly. If it is damaged, it should be replaced immediately;
7. Regularly check whether the bolts and pins are worn or broken, and replace them immediately if there is any damage.
