Debugging Of Mining Machinery

Before applying mining machinery to work and production, it is necessary to do a good job of debugging to avoid accidents during production. The following is the general debugging method for mining machinery.
Empty load test
(1) The steering of the host and analyzer is correct.
(2) The no-load test run of the main engine shall meet the steering requirements, and the operating time shall not be less than 1 hour.
(3) When the main engine is running at no load, the mechanical device should be tied tightly with steel wire rope to avoid contact and impact between the grinding roller and the grinding ring. If conditions permit, the grinding roller device can also be disassembled.
(4) The no-load test run of the main engine should be stable, and the maximum temperature of the lubricating oil should not exceed 800 ℃, and the temperature rise should not exceed 400 ℃.
(5) The operation of the analysis machine's bevel gears should be smooth, without any abnormal sounds, and ensure smooth oil circuits.
(6) The direction of rotation of the blower should be observed, and there should be no abnormal sound or vibration. The maximum temperature of the rolling bearing should not exceed 700 ℃, and the temperature rise should not exceed 350 ℃.
Load test
(1) Only when it has been proven through no-load trial operation that all components can work normally can load trial operation be carried out.
(2) The load test run time shall not be less than 8 hours.
(3) Mining machinery should work normally, and there should be no abnormal sound or impact vibration in the transmission part.
(4) The maximum temperature of rolling bearings and lubricating oil shall not exceed 800 ℃, and the temperature rise shall not exceed 400 ℃.
(5) There should be no air leakage in the contact of each flange in the pipeline device.
(6) The mechanical output has reached the specified target.
(7) Adjust the speed of the analyzer to control the particle size of the finished product within the range of 0.44-0.125mm.
(8) After the operation is qualified with no load and load, tighten the fasteners again to put them into normal operation.
