Mechanical equipment that directly crushes ore and rock into tunnels or wells by utilizing the axial pressure and rotational force of cutting tools to exert rolling pressure on the rock surface. The tools used include disc cutters, wedge cutters, ball cutters, and milling cutters. According to the different types of excavation tunnels, they are divided into courtyard drilling machines, vertical drilling machines, and level tunnel excavation machines.
① A rooftop drilling rig, specifically used for drilling rooftops and chutes, generally does not require entry into the rooftop for operation. It uses a roller drill to drill guide holes first, and a hole expander composed of a disc cutter to expand the hole upwards.
② Vertical shaft drilling rig is specifically used for drilling into a well in one go, consisting of drilling tool system, rotary device, wellhead, drilling tool lifting system, and mud circulation system.
③ The level tunneling machine is a comprehensive mechanized equipment that combines mechanical rock breaking and slag discharge processes, and continuously excavates. It is mainly used for the excavation of engineering tunnels in coal tunnels, soft mines, and middle level tunnels in medium hardness and above rock.
