Coal Mining Machinery

Have evolved from semi mechanization in the 1950s to comprehensive mechanization in the 1980s. The comprehensive mechanization of coal mining is widely used, including shallow and deep double (single) drum combined shearers (or planers), bendable scraper conveyors, and hydraulic self moving supports, to achieve comprehensive mechanization in the crushing, coal loading, transportation, and support processes of the mining face. The double drum shearer is a coal dropping machine. The electric motor, through the cutting section reducer, transfers power to the spiral drum for coal falling, and the movement of the machine is achieved by the electric motor through the traction section transmission device. There are basically two types of traction methods, namely anchor chain traction and non anchor chain traction. Anchor chain traction is achieved by meshing the sprocket of the traction part with the anchor chain fixed on the transport aircraft.

According to the mining process, it is divided into drilling machinery, oil production machinery, well repair machinery, and fracturing and acidification machinery that maintain high oil well productivity. Drilling machinery is a complete set of mechanical equipment used for drilling or drilling production wells for the development of oil or natural gas. Oil drilling machines, including derricks, winches, power machines, mud circulation systems, pulley systems, turntables, wellhead devices, and electrical control systems. The wellhead is used to install overhead cranes, traveling blocks, and hooks, lift other heavy objects up and down the drilling platform, and suspend drilling tools in the well for drilling.
