Loader working device

The excavation and material loading and unloading operations of a loader are achieved through the movement of its working device. The working device of the loader consists of bucket 1, boom 2, connecting rod 3, rocker arm 4, and rotary bucket cylinder 5, boom cylinder 6, etc. The entire working device is hinged on the frame 7. The bucket is hinged with the rotary bucket oil cylinder through a connecting rod and rocker arm for loading and unloading materials. The boom is hinged with the frame and boom cylinder to lift the bucket. The flipping of the bucket and the lifting of the boom are controlled by hydraulic pressure.
When the boom is in any position and the bucket rotates around the boom hinge point for unloading, the tilt angle of the bucket is not less than 45 °. After unloading, when the boom descends, the bucket can automatically level. There are mainly seven types of structural types of working devices for loaders at home and abroad, which are divided into three bar, four bar, five bar, six bar, and eight bar types according to the number of components in the linkage mechanism; According to whether the steering of the input and output rods is the same, it can be divided into forward and reverse linkage mechanisms. The structure of the loader bucket used in earthwork engineering is usually made of low-carbon, wear-resistant, and high-strength steel plates welded together. The cutting edge is made of wear-resistant medium manganese alloy steel material, and the side cutting edge and strengthening angle plate are made of high-strength wear-resistant steel material. The shape of the bucket cutting tool is divided into four types. The selection of tooth shape should consider factors such as insertion resistance, wear resistance, and ease of replacement. The tooth shape is divided into pointed teeth and blunt teeth. Tire type loaders often use pointed teeth, while track type loaders often use blunt teeth. The number of bucket teeth is determined by visual inspection of the bucket width, and the bucket tooth spacing is generally 150-300mm. There are two types of bucket tooth structures: integral and split type. Small and medium-sized loaders mostly use integral type, while large loaders often use split type due to poor operating conditions and severe wear of bucket teeth. The split type bucket teeth are divided into two parts: basic teeth 2 and tooth tip 1. After wear, only the tooth tip needs to be replaced.
