Replacement of drilling rig accessories throttle valve: 1. Replacement of valve plate and valve seat: Remove the valve chamber pressure, remove the valve cover bolts, and remove the valve plate and the upper part of the valve cover together. Remove the slotted round nut, switch pin, hexagonal screw, and front and rear stop cap to replace the cylindrical valve plate and replace the valve seat. When cleaning the valve chamber, special attention should be paid to the sealing surface. When replacing a new valve plate or valve seat, the gap between the valve plate and the valve cover protrusion should be filled with sealing grease, and calcium based lubricating oil should be added inside the upper cover to lubricate the bearings.
2. Replacing lip seal packing: First remove the valve chamber pressure, then disassemble the cover, round nut, handwheel, bearing gland, bearing, packing gland, and then replace the lip seal packing.
3. Replacing bearings: Remove the cover, round nut, handwheel, and bearing cover, and then replace the bearings. If the bearing needs to be replaced, the valve stem nut needs to be removed, and the bearing clearance needs to be adjusted with a bearing cover. After the adjustment is completed, the handwheel should rotate flexibly without jamming.
