Safety regulations for scrapers

Preparation work
(1) Check the safety hazards of the working face and the smoothness of the road, and promptly handle any problems.
(2) Check the oil level of the hydraulic system oil tank, which should not be lower than the oil mark.
(3) Check if the lubrication condition of each lubrication point is good.
(4) Check if the brake fluid and tire pressure are sufficient, and if the wheels are loose.
(5) Check if the cable fixing is secure and if the grounding wire is intact.
Driving operation
(1) Check whether each operating handle is in the normal position, and only close the main switch after confirming it is correct.
(2) After connecting the power, be sure to notify the personnel around the scraper to evacuate to a safe area before starting the scraper.
(3) After starting, check whether the instrument reading is normal, whether there are any abnormal sounds in various parts, whether the braking is reliable, and whether the hydraulic system is leaking oil.
(4) Drive carefully, especially in narrow roads or sharp turns, and drive slowly at low speeds. It is strictly prohibited for the scraper to collide with the pillars or edges on both sides.
(5) During the entire shovel loading process, it is necessary to use the bucket control lever and acceleration mechanism reasonably to ensure that all tires are in operation and prevent slipping or idling.
(6) When the scraper is moving backwards, it should be avoided that the angle between the body axis and the discharged towing cable is less than 90 ℃. When moving forward, it should be ensured that there are more than 3 turns of remaining cable on the drum to prevent damage to the cable or detachment of the slip ring device.
(7) When going uphill or downhill, the bucket end always points towards the bottom of the slope. In dangerous situations, the bucket can be lowered to help stop the scraper.
(8) When encountering faults or wrapping cable interfaces, first disconnect the main power supply and strictly prohibit electrical work.
At the end
(1) Park the scraper in a safe location where there are no loose stones, no dripping water, no collapse of the courtyard, and no damage caused by blasting operations.
(2) Reset each control lever, lower the boom to the bottom, flip the bucket down and make contact with the ground.
(3) Place the parking lock in the locked position.
(4) Turn off the power switch and main power switch on the car. Park the scraper on flat ground. If it is parked on a slope, the wheels must be wedged with triangular wood or stones.
(5) When towing a scraper, safety chains or steel wire ropes should be added outside of normal towing or pulling rods. When towing over long distances, the drive system must be disconnected.
