Principles for selecting loaders

1. The selection and determination of machine models are mainly based on the working environment and purpose. Generally, operations are carried out in quarries and soft bases, and tire loaders with anti slip chains are often used;
2. Power selection: Generally, diesel engines for construction machinery are used. When operating in special areas, such as at altitudes above 3000m, special high-altitude diesel engines should be used;
3. Selection of transmission type: Generally, hydraulic mechanical transmission is chosen. The key component is the choice of torque converter form. Chinese loaders often use twin turbo and single stage two-phase hydraulic torque converters.
4. When selecting a loader, it is also necessary to fully consider its braking performance, including multiple in service braking, parking braking, and emergency braking. There are three types of brakes: shoe type, caliper type, and wet multi disc type. The driving mechanism of the brake generally adopts an afterburner, which has three power sources: compressed air, air top oil, and hydraulic. The commonly used is the air top oil braking system, which generally adopts a dual circuit braking system to improve driving safety.
